San Luis Insulation was founded in 2025 by a team rooted in this community. Growing up on the U.S.-Mexico border, we saw firsthand how brutal the Sonoran Desert summers are - temperatures pushing past 110 degrees for months on end - and how many homes in the area were losing the battle against the heat because of inadequate insulation.
San Luis is one of the fastest-growing cities in Arizona. A lot of the housing here was built quickly during boom years to meet demand, and many homes were insulated to the bare minimum required to pass inspection - not the level that actually keeps a family comfortable when summer peaks. We started this business to close that gap.
